EVOLVE works adjacent with Home Sweet Home Property Management. Home Sweet Home Property Management is a full service professional company. We are small enough to keep contact with the homeowners and tenants personally, but large enough to offer the benefit of a very valuable experience. Home Sweet Home has been in business since 1990 and are governed by the Department of Real Estate.

• We act as a third party negotiator. (Better terms-stricter policies).

• Obtain credit reports, including unlawful detainer search.

• We post signs on the property & advertise on the owner's behalf.

• Our team will interview and screen potential tenants.

• We will take pictures of home before and after tenancy, as well as a statement of condition.

• We will complete all forms and contracts as needed and required by law.

• Our team provides extended (7) days a week availability to tenants, if problems should arise.

• We will collect rents, make deposits and render monthly and year-end statements.

• We pay service providers for their services rendered (i.e. HOA, gardener, etc.) on a monthly basis.

• Our team will handle necessary repairs, maintenance and improvements with the property.

• We will also do periodic walk through safety inspections of home approximately every 6 to 8 months.
